Designed as a tribute to New Orleans' oldest operating brewery, Dixie Brewing, Jose hand-carved this three-dimensional Dixie bottle cap charm. Dixie Brewing Company was founded in 1907 by George Dixie, a German immigrant, who purchased a small brewery on Tchoupitoulas Street.
